Review of Ward 2 written by a patient
25th April 2021

Throughout my stay I have been made to feel totally looked after and all cares attended to the HCA's have especially been amazing.

Suggested improvements
My only one thing that I feel could be improved is the post-operation pain relief care package as felt it could be more titrated to an individual.

Review of Ward 12 written by a patient

I felt that staff were a little confused around medication at times. It was unclear, if I should inject myself at home or not and was told different things - Even if I should be injected in hospital was confusing. Discharge doctor clarified.

Suggested improvements
Excellent care and attention by staff, especially Rachel and Annie and very approachable staff and polite. Just better clarification around med./nThank you!!
