Everyone has been really friendly and informative during my brief stay, and whenever I had a problem there was always someone in hand to help. Also the mac and cheese (with a cuppa) was the greatest thing to have when back on the ward!/nThanks to all in the ward.
Suggested improvements
I have had brilliant care from when I came into the hospital and I do not think there's anything that I needed doing better!/nMy gown did not have a tie it I have to other improvements!!

We had issues when we needed to change an appointment we could noy make contact by telephone at all. We had to visit the hospital to change the appointment to me and given alternative numbers.
