Firstly my consultant Mr. Horris is amazing, not just gifted in surgery but great bedside manner too. But all levels of nursing and support staff are wonderful. When you see people like Tory, Cathering, Sen, Hayley etc. coming towards you, you know everything will be well./nThank you ward 3.

Even with short staff, nurses/ cleaners etc where very polite and friendly at all times.
Suggested improvements
Meals often Luke warm or cold./nLater evening last drink (9-10 Oclock)/nVery often mid morning and afternoon drinks are forgetant.
