The nurses and HCA's were very caring. Patient, understanding and attentive having never needing OC before they all made me feel at ease and dignified.

My only criticism is I was told on a few occasions you should be up by now you should be walking etc, felt I was being compared to other patients. I must add this was only by staff HCA.
