my whole experience was excellent. I arrived on time and within minutes was directed to my ward. the nurse and healthcare asst were so friendly and efficient. the surgeons came and explained procedure, I was able to ask questions. they put me at great ease. everywhere was covid safe and immaculate. when in the op. theatre again everyone so friendly, informative and gave me total confidence. I could not have had better treatment anywhere xx
