My first "real" Hospital experience and one harbours the "fear of the unknown" but the care, attention and kindness shown throughout by such a superb staff was throughly moving. My thanks and congratulations to all concerned from the Consultants to the Household staff in upholding this level of care which is nothing short of outstanding and my sincere thanks and best regards to all concerned. You have all left me with an experience of true professionism.

Suggested improvements
I almost hate to make this particular comment but whilst the new addition is excellent, the Architect is not. The layout of the Ensuite is poor. The shaver light is far too high, the mirror is on the opposite wall!! and the toilet paper dispenser has to be contorted to reach. The trip to the Theatre was unfair on the porters as the doors swung closed onto to the trolley, fingers and hands will at some point attract the attention of Solicitors. Turning angles were too tight and narrow too for the trolleys.
