The exercises and information talks have been a great help to me. Doing the exercises have improved my mobility 100%. I have learned a lot about COPD that I didn't know - I have become much more confident re going out and one of the best things is my management os stairs - 100% improvement and I no longer dread using the stairs. Thank you to all physio team for help, patience and kindness.
