The staff were very helpful and caring. If you had a problem they helped you sort it out. They also teach you how to breath properly and information on your medication.

Excellent course with great staff.
Would recommend anyone with COPD to try and get on this course.
Feel much better for attending and will keep up the exercises in the future.
