Elly and Janet could not have helped me more. They motivated me and gave me the confidence to do all the rehabilitation that was needed after my stroke. The twice weekly visits helped enormously and enabled me to far exceed my expectations when I came home from hospital.

I had an appointment today with Ms Claire Howe. I arrived very worried because I was thinking that my condition was getting worse and did not fully understand why and what the future would hold.
Claire explained my MRI scan to me so that I could understand exactly what was causing my problems.
I found her very easy to talk to and came away feeling much better than I had for ages. It gave me a knowledge of what I should do to help my condition with the correct exercises etc.and what to avoid.
I can't thank her enough.
