Well-paced considerate, attentive to each person, encouraged questions, answered questions informatively with patience - clear and concise information relevant at all times. Specialist speakers were approachable, knowledgeable and positive in outlook regarding prognosis for lung rehabilitation in those with a long standing chest condition e.g COPD asthma etc. The potential for self awareness was particularly good by the regular attendance and specific exercise regimes and monitoring both by self and physio. Very enlightening and gave hope and real results in trying new techniques.
