I would like to say thank you to Thamel and Victor who carried out my ultrasound scans today. Thamel ensured my dignity was preserved when a more intimate examination was required. She was caring, calming, friendly and very professional. Victor too was very professional, with an excellent bedside manner. They both displayed great patient care, put me at ease and kept me informed throughout.
