Good features: staff were always friendly, positive, constructive but challenging in order to be helpful. It was always a dialogue between patient and physio that resulted in an assessment of the work needed for the next phase. Improvements: sometimes materials need to be photocopied - a task that could take fifteen minutes. If copies were made in bulk so they could be picked up by the physio it would be a more effective use of time.
