I was given a physio appointment within a couple of weeks of the injury which made a big difference. The physio took time to examine where I was and then tailored exercises to best help me get back to normal. She explained exercises clearly and gave me good guidance how to do them at Home.

It would be good to have appointments every 4 weeks rather than 6 weeks. Also I had to cancel an appointment as I had COVID and was not given another one for 6 weeks so had to wait 12 weeks between appointment which felt too long.
