I was seen at St Joseph's private hospital which was spotlessly clean & staff were fantastic!
I just want to say how pleased I am after my hernia repair last Friday. The care I received was first class, a special thank you to my surgeon Miss Boyce.
I have attended a few outpatient visits lately at the Royal Gwent. The appointments were swift and timely. The staff were outstanding: they were considerate, reassuring and generous with their time and understanding. We should be really proud and grateful for this service. I hope they receive a decent pay offer, they really deserve it.
Today 19th 12 22 Monday 9.15 am I went to gastroscope dept on B7 a mr faiz Ali and his team were absolutely amazing they made me feel reassured and comfortable as I was very nervous I can not praise them enough the treatment was absolutely fantastic.
Thankyou so much
Offering no choice in ED clinics other than an entirely female staff - consultant urologist and all the nurses is degrading and insulting to men. Women would always be offered a choice of provider. What are they doing to redress the balance, how are they actively recruiting male staff to this area?
Had a small skin lesion removed in outpatients .Fron consultant to the excellent Simon Harris and nurse who had excellent bed side manner i had first class treatment--can't praise them enough.
You hear so many scare stories about The Gwent/NHS it fills you a bit with trepedation;my small operation was exemplary--thank you.
In and out in under 2 hours.
I had colonoscopy this morning at the Royal Gwent and received friendly efficient care from all the staff. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!
St Josephs hospital is very clean and all the staff are helpful and very professional. I definitely would recommend the hospital to others.
Previously to being admitted to Royal Gwent I had only heard bad reports about it and it was much harder to travel to than Nevill Hall.
I can honestly say that after hearing some horror stories about Nevill Hall doing hysterectomies and cutting them, cutting through essential tubes and the being laid up for weeks and having to return for more ops due to mistakes I thank my lucky stars that I went to the Gwent.
I can honestly say the treatment I received was second to none and would recommend to anyone. I was in hospital for just one night and walked out myself.
Just had a mastectomy at the royal Gwent and could not have been treated better if I went private .everyone involved in my care was so lovely . I was very nervous in the anaesthetic room but 3 lovely people look d after me and then in recovery the attention I got was superb . Thank you to everyone concerned you were brilliant
