The medical assessment unit at the Royal Gwent is a shambles. Dirty areas water jugs and used cups for the patients ,staff wandering willy nilly attending patients as they sat in wziting room many had to stand or sit on floor , no communication at s after 4 hrs waiting I left as others had been waiting 10 hrs and more one person on his second day .this place is a disgrace and not fit for purpose.
