I was treated awfully , robbed in the ICU , nurses were not very nice to me , ignored for months and months. Got worse , complaints department waste of time , pals has and always has been useless. Sorts nothing. patient safety people waste of time hasn't improved nothing happened from it. , consultant and team doesn't care one bit. Got worse , what I have is bigger now and grown and detoriated.very unclean aswell with lacking facilities Absolute nightmare of a hospital , and care well ....non existent. Just get worse on the NHS. And not cared for. The NHS make you worse
