I spoke to Dr [name removed] who put me at my ease. She appeared warm and empathetic and gave me a lot of time to express myself. She gave a clear explanation of how our interview would be structured and what would happen after our chat. I was very happy with the service I received - thank you.

Nothing really - although it is a great shame your waiting list for treatment is so long.
