I have filled this in on behalf of my husband - hence the mistake I made on the back cover!
We cannot find fault in anything at all and feel that everyone goes beyond the call of duty. We are so grateful for everything and have never had to wait for help or advice. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

You can't improve on perfection and that's what I would describe every treatment I have received and every person who delivered those treatments.

The treatment and support I received was 100 percent, the support and caring means so much to me with my husband so poorly with cancer as far as could it be improved. No, first class service.

There is nothing I would change, the staff on ward at Rowcroft and all the others after coming out they are all so lovely, caring and helpful. They treat you like a person, not a number and they look after family members in the same way which was nice as my wife worries a lot but they looked after her as well.
They go above and neyond the call of duty.

All the care and attention I have received here has been excellent. I only wish I could stay longer once I was admitted. My only criticism is about the way the subject of me moving on to alternative accommodating was discussed. I feel this could have been handled more sensitively and broken to me more gradually, as the notion came as a shock to me, and I found it very upsetting.
