Outstanding care from the moment my mother arrived. All of the staff were lovely and always had time to help and talk.
There was nothing they wouldn't do to make my mother comfortable.
The grounds were immaculate and the day room invaluable for entertaining a 3 year old and feeding the whole family!

Everyone from the doctors, medical staff, cleaners etc are so understanding, helpful and supportive to your needs. I personally can't see anything that needs improving, just keep going the way that it is.
