I was quite overwhelmed by the kindness, support and care I have received. Everyone went over and beyond their 'job descriptions' and I have felt very cared for and loved, it has been a wonderful help and has given me a little extra strength and happiness.

The most incredible place with most amazing staff. Rowcroft is relaxing, beautiful and I couldn't think of anywhere better to help at this most difficult time. Thank you everyone for your kindness, patient and support for my mum and all her family.

The care that I am receiving could not be bettered in any way. Nothing could improved it. The staff are kind, caring and aware of my needs at all times, there is nothing that they would not do. It is making my wife so much easier. Thank you so much.

The physiotherapist visited my husband at home and gave helpful advice on his breathing problems.

I cannot think of any way that your service could be improved. I do think that money should be removed from footballers and 'celebrities' and foreign aid that usually aids only those in power and not those who need it, and shared among those in the nursing and caring professions. Likewise with awards and medals that are usually given to useless self serving druggies belting out pop songs with guitar or piano. Thank you for all that you do, we would all be in a pretty sorry state without you.
