My care was very good, I felt very safe and relaxed, felt much better talking to the nurse, I am so pleased to have someone to talk to. I do not think it can be improved, it is just fine as it is. They have all been a wonderful help to me.

All staff were wonderful. I was very anxious at coming in to Rowcroft but on arrival realized that I had nothing to worry about. Everything was very calm, and efficient and I was treated, well fed, cared for and left feeling so much better than when I arrived- thank you all.

I have been having complementary relaxology lessons with Sue. I have really enjoyed those sessions and believe they have done me good both with relaxation and will be sorry to end these visits to Rowcroft. I have been looked after so well and everyone has been so kind.

Wonderful caring. The doctors took the blood test and the information was directed to ourselves, the fact that it was 7.8.9 o'clock at night the doctor stayed for a talk on the situation, thoughtful wonderful advice.
