Being shown exercises to assist breathing control, also provision of a small fan to help breathing. Having a back massage to relieve muscles.
Not able to suggest any improvements.

Julie was very gentle and although initially, I was concerned about her massaging my spine, I had no fears when she actually did it.
I found the whole experience very relaxing and am only sorry I'm not able to have more but I understand the restrictions within the NHS with so many patients requiring treatment the same as I have had.

Excellent support, approach, friendly, effective, professional a vital service for the well being of the person needing support.
We need more of this kind of service available not just sessions per person, but professional employed within this sector.
