My father has exceptional care during his stay at Rowcroft. We found that all the staff and especially doctors gave their time fully not just to the care and wellbeing at my dad but also gave the whole family support.
The hospice itself is light, airy and welcoming and the grounds beautiful but these come second to the lovely care given by all the staff and volunteers.

Compassion, care, safety, not only for the patient but family and friends. This is the second time in ten years I have put a loved one in your care.
Exemplary service to us as a family and to the patient. Saddened to hear of the loss of four beds. May you as a caring hospice go from strong to strength. God bless you all.

- All staff are fantastic - very caring and considerate to our needs.
- Keeping all informed of everything.
- Food is very good.

I am both privileged and humbled by the wonderful care and time that Liz has given me, I feel strengthened mentally after her visits and I shall miss her inspirational conversation and company.

The staff were not only caring and kind but felt genuinely so.

The care I have received has been fantastic, I have been made to feel very comfortable and well cared for. The complimentary services - massage, hairdresser, drinks, trolley are all a wonderful addition to the service offered here.
