Great:Kindness, level of care, support for patients and their families. Facilities friendliness, cleanliness are all of a very high standard. Doctors visit both patients and families, explain treatments, ask opinions.
Meals are very good and customized to suit individual patients.
I came in here feeling beneficial, but very quickly felt welcome and cared for. Thank you so much.

I was treated with great respect and kindness. I can't thank you enough. The loss of my granddaughter and two best friends was broken but now feel able to cope so much better.

Your professionals were superb particularly Jo, Clare and Monica.
My wife always felt she was in charge and respected particularly as she was a doctor.
Please thank all involved and allowing the patient to die at home.

The care has been fantastic. The doctors, nursing staff and volunteers provide the end of life care that all of us would want nothing is too much trouble, communication is first rate and the patients comfort and pain management is paramount.
This was such a relief to our family to know that patient's every need was provided by the Rowcroft angels.

The care I received was exceptional throughout my stay at Rowcroft. I doubt that any improvement could be made in anyway. I just think that Rowcroft was available to me at my time of need.
