Just about everything was good! All the staff were extremely kind, caring and compassionate.
We appreciated having the opportunity of in-depth discussions with doctors, leaving us better informed and reassured.
We were listened to and all our needs were catered for.
Nothing was too much trouble.
This is probably a delicate issue, but perhaps groups of family/friends could be discouraged from sitting, eating, talking loudly and watching TV around a patient's bed. It can be very distressing for a patient nearby who is trying to rest.
Sometimes a little more privacy is needed in a ward.

The food is beautiful.
I'm very happy here, I could not wish for better care.
I feel like the Queen of Sheeba.
I'll be back next time.

The care was superb. The nurses great and very informative.
As far as I am concerned you could not be in better hands.
I doubt you could improve anything.
