I felt the staff, the doctors in particular had time to sit down, spend time with me, get to know me and explain about my medical care. There was also support and advice about any help I might need when I returned home.

I am writing this on behalf of the patient as she can't but I'm sure she will agree that her treatment and care needs were exceeded always. The care staff and team are exceptional and I'm sure the nurses training from the university gain very valuable experience. I can't praise Rowcroft enough, all staff are brilliant, I would like to say a special thank you to Nikki the social worker and Mary. Angels without wings.

I cannot see how the treatment could improve its wonderful and truly helping the patient and I. Cara is such a lovely gentle young lady.

Both my husband the patient and I have been treated with exceptional kindness and respect by Liz and feel that we have benefited greatly from the total relaxation afforded by her treatments. We just wish it wasn't coming to an end.
