All information given clearly and made sure I understood what was discussed further action was carried out to the letter and I was fully aware of what would happen next. Staff very professional and I feel extremely confident in their hands.

On arrival myself and family were very nervous and upset. The staff doctors nurses cleaners and catering staff were warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble./nWhat is an awful time was made EAS for by Rocroft hospice the place and wonderful staff.
