Rowcroft at home helped Annie to be comfortable during her dying process. The team also where a great comfort to not only my family but also our long term carers who had grown to care for Ann as one of there own.

Sensitivity, willing to listen, understanding when initially having to get wearing pressure garment! Not easy at the beginning, feeling of reassurance when problem with limb as other medical establishments are not quite clued in with problem - but slowly getting there. Calm pleasant experience.

Thoughtfulness and caring of all the staff I have met. Sense of humour but serious when needed, most of my queries have been answered with ease. Referral took time. Lynne is a lovely lady and very approachable.

"Care" from reception and nurse specialist all good. Cannot suggest any improvement. Service - lymphodema - seems to be working well from my 'individual perspective'. Excellent surroundings and amenities.
