I felt Vernon Davis was knowledgeable, compassionate and very clear. At no point did I feel he was pushed for time. I had the opportunity to express my concerns and to ask supplementary questions. He put my mind at rest about end to life care and I'm very grateful.

Nothing could be improved.
Service from all members of staff was first class.
Do not know how much them are paid but deserve at least double their pay.
