I wouldn't consider that there could be any improvement as at all times I have had compete faith in what was being done to improve and help with my treatment and well being. I take my hat off to all the staff who at all times have nothing but the well-being of their patients.

Attention to detail, in my care. As working in a normal job frequency of being seen could be every 3 months instead of 6 months. Due to the state the sleeves get into , and how effective they are are after 3 months (minimum). Other than that, I could no t be better treated and looked after. Have only but praise for the service and support staff.

We found all the members of staff extremely helpful in all departments. We have more help and support as she either calls and or phones Tracey Hammond very pleasant nurse gives us the support we need at the time. Thank you to you all.

I can't think of any improvement. I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. All staff are kind and polite.
