The attitude of the staff, they are so friendly, caring and professional, they have time to talk to empathise and are very supportive.
This standard of care is amazing from trainees upwards.
There is absolutely nothing I can think of that would improve the care at Rowcroft.

I consider Rowcroft is a place of medical and nursing excellent. The patient always comes first.
The staff interact well with patients and with each other.
I am impressed by the peace and calm.

Have always heard good things about treatment received at Rowcroft over many years, but now know exactly what was meant.
All staff introduce themselves, always willing to help night or day, you happen to say you like something- the next minute it's there.
Never heard anyone raise their voice in frustration.

This has been my 4th admission into Rowcroft and each time I have been treated with the highest level of care. During this admission I was informed that my cancer has spread further and my mobility has decreased considerably, which came has a huge blow, but everyone supported me during this difficult time. Both my wife and I feel totally supported by the inpatient team and were welcomed back into the fold like old friends. The inpatient team always have time to stop and chat, from the Consultants to the housekeepers and, of course, the wonderful volunteers who must be mentioned. I cannot see where there could be any improvement in the care and support provided by the Rowcroft Inpatient Team.

The service my family received was absolutely fantastic. A1. From the moment Rocraft at home were involved with my mum's illness I felt such a sense of relief, knowing I was not dealing with it on my own. The staff were amazing and I would not hesitate to re commend the service to anyone.

We have been amazes by the wonderful care from Rowcroft. This makes a very difficult situation bearable. Whenever we have mentioned a problem to Tracey, this has been communicated to relevant agencies and cascaded, resulting in everything my father has needed being available and in a short space of time. I find it difficult to imagine how you could improve an already perfect service. You're all amazing!!!
