Exceptional staff, very caring, in my mother's own words, they are her guardian angels!
More hospices needed and longer stay facilities!

The care I received has been and continuous to be exceptional. All staff are extremely caring and compassionate. Dignity and respect has been shown always. The peaceful, relaxed atmosphere is exceptional. All the staff provide exceptional support and we have total trust and confidence in all.

All caring staff are superb. All meals are cooked beautifully and like more cooked food.
Perhaps 1-2 more shower/toilet facilities.

Sometimes the number of visitors at neighbouring beds was a bit too many and too boisterous. TVs on all day and too loud.

Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for staff and volunteers. Reaction to requests was swift and staff made sure that the patient came first.
