The night medication given at the night time. Good food regularly given by friendly, caring staff.
Always clean and bright in the rest areas. TVs in the rest areas are a good idea.
Wonderful views over the patient is a blessing.

I am completely this form on behalf of my husband, the patient. I cannot thank Rowcroft at Homel for enough the care they gave both my husband and myself at the end of his life. Without this I could not have coped. Thanks also to Vemon Davis for all his help and advice.

The therapist was highly experienced and had full knowledge of my illness so was able to give completely appropriate therapy. Additionally the on going link with a member of Rowcroft staff aided the more X ray from being an inpatient. My complementary therapy has been a totally positive experience for which I am profoundly grateful.

Our reflexology sessions with Sally have been beyond beneficial and the absolute highlight of our weeks. The only way it could be improved is by continuing beyond 6 weeks, which we are most happy to do ourselves!

My care was excellent, Liz put me at ease straight away. She has a lovely manner and is exceptional at her job. I have a bad back problems with my spine and I suffer with anxiety and chronic pain. Liz worked on areas on my back and this gave me relief and I became relaxed. I think the service you provide is wonderful and there isn't one thing that I could think of that could be improved. I am extremely grateful for therapy I received.

My care was excellent the patient and I got on very well and both have similar sense of humour so when I was having a back massage we had a laugh and a joke, this is as important as anything! Your service was fantastic and I am really grateful. I cannot think of what could be improved.
