Both the community and inpatient team took the time to listen, understand and support patients and their families. Every staff and volunteer member of the team were exceptional in their roles. We felt total confidence with the team which was very important as the very need to be in Rowcroft is stressful. A fantastic operation in all aspects. The hospice deserves as much support as possible. Thank you.
