The kind and caring way the whole staff from Drs down to volunteers, look after each and every patient. The patient's needs are met without fuss or criticism and they are included every step of the way. We as family members can be assured that in our absence the patient is well cared for. The next part has taken a bit of consideration to write and I've tried to be understanding from both sides. Whereas it is lovely for friends and family to meet and benefit from talking to other friends and family visitors, and also for the patients to see activity all around, it would be nicer if the patient could pass away peacefully in a separate area and more private for the family members. It is also very upsetting for others in the ward.
