Good professionalism and kindness of all staff, caring and knowledgeable, mad us both safe 'in good hands'. Volunteers doing a great job.
Ongoing support at home - we know we can call if we have a problem
Improvement point.
Agency nurse with little or no understanding of how a deceased patient was totally unacceptable - dignity! Could agencies be asked to ensure suitable nursed used?
