Everyone is very caring and considerate and individual likes and dislikes are listened to as much as possible. This patient liked a quiet environment and looking at the lovely gardens. The staff made it possible for her to have hambed in the visitors lounge whenever she wanted this. Relatives are kept well informed. Pain is very well controlled. The visitors lounge is a great space for relatives and friends to take time at.
