all of the staff were extremely enthusiastic, understandin and friendly. A high level of cleanliness was maintained throughout the ward too

I hated being ill and being in a room with patients who had senile dementia etc. I fully understand that these patients are ill too, however, when they're screaming and banging at 5am and I'm poorly and trying to sleep, it was AWFUL! There should be a ward just for patients like that, it'd make for a much calmer hospital environment

the fact that one seniour staff nurse listened to my need and actually acted on it she was extremely underestanding otherwise pleas see attached sheet
