The ward was warm and comfortable. The food and drinks were a very healthy choice with a good selection. I was very impressed with all the staff.

Staff was polite, friendly and helpfull.
The only improvement l can think of is somehow less waiting time when busy, but only extra staff may help and l doubt that would be possible.

Staff saw my mother quickly - p. vontifed her done my explaining how poorly she was which was excellent. Some peopleareent as assuring.
However - nurses station is not is working area and the chairs face away from nurses and obvious risk - no nurses came into waiting area to do a brief observation of pts
