The waiting is completely ridiculous. I got a phone call following a scan yesterday telling me I had a clot on my lung and that I needed to go to Rochdale infirmary now. That was at 1.15 and I'm still sat here waiting to see a doctor and it's Almost 5.30 and no idea of why I've been waiting and no idea how much longer I will be here. My husband is 90 and I'm 81 and not in the best of health to be sat about on hard chairs and not offered any explanation as to what we are even waiting for. Just not good enough at all.

The nurses could not do enough to help treat you and see to your comfort. The NHS should reduce managers ans recruit more nursing staff.

The care on this ward has been excellent doctors, nurses, cleaners, kitchen staff meals were brilliant. No complaints whatsoever.

I would improve nothing at all the ward is wonderful and the staff are fantastic.
