The only member of staff I have come across tonight with a smile on her face was Katherine Begin, she has been patient, helpful even at this late hour of the night.

Your nursing staff are very easy to talk to.
They made my stay in hospital much better than I thought it would be.
Nothing is too much trouble.
I suffer with clinical depression and had a few panic attacks in the early morning your nurses sat with me which helped me alot.
