1) Good- professional staff.
2) Bad- long waiting time.
(77 year should have been given a bed to rest- waiting to be seen by a doctor).

Treatment was very good and everybody was very helpful, the only problem was waiting for the prescription to be brought up from pharmacy, which took a very time, over one and a half hours.
* You should have the option to collect prescription yourself*.
