Reservation bookings could be improved. I had to chase for my appointment & then received amendments to the surgery date & time. Follow up appointment has been the same 3 x letters sent different dates & times so I needed to again phone for clarification & confirmation of correct date/time. Despite this my treatment & staff were brilliant.
