I attended the Breast Care Unit here where I was treated with the utmost respect. I found ALL the staff to be friendly, patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind, The unit had a very calm and caring atmosphere, I met 3 of the surgeons who were all supportive, considerate and gave me clear advice and guidance on options available for me to consider my treatment. I also has surgery in the Treatment Centre which I found to be well organised and again ALL staff were exemplary my whole experience was extremely positive Thank you

I can only give the highest praise to the whole team at the Breast Care Unit ALL staff are friendly, caring. respectful, professional and kind. I met 3 of the surgeons all of whom were extremely thorough and offered very clear advice and guidance and time for me to decide on the best treatment plan for me. The unit has a lovely calm and friendly atmosphere and everyone is treated with the utmost dignity and respect. I also attended the Treatment Centre and again I can only give the highest praise for both the organisation and each and every member of staff I saw that day absolutely brilliant. Thank you

This is a review for the whole team at Burton Hospital, who delt with me for the investigation and diagnosis of a lump in my breast. All three doctors and all nurses who completed tests to diagnose an outcome. Have been fantastic, helpful, showed empathy and support on my journey. I would fully recommend Queens Hospital, Burton upon Trent. Thank you.

A very well run hospital with friendly & helpful staff. I know the National Health is reported to be in crisis but it does not seem that way at Burton. Every time i have had an appointment (fortunately, it has never been for anything too serious) it has run like a well oiled machine! keep up the good work!

All staff in both the Breast Unit and Treatment Centre were very kind and helpful. When I had a couple of concerns after my operation I left messages on 2 occasions for one of the Breast nurses to return my calls and had a call back the same day so didn't have to wait too long to put my mind at rest. A big thank you to you all for your kindness at a stressful time.

All of Mrs Carmichael's team and the staff on ward 14 were very kind. Mrs Carmichael came back to see me twice (I was only in overnight), she was very encouraging and reassuring. The finished result was a very neat job. I am very grateful. (and so is my husband)

I was mainly seen in the breast care unit and the treatment centre. All of the staff from receptionist to surgeon were brilliant. The nurses in the treatment centre were great as well- I had 2 ops one as a day patient and 1 over night stay. I don't have a negative thing to say. They were all incredibly caring and understanding and gave me as much time as I needed. Highly recommended and totally satisfied
