I would give the service a 9/10 due to one bad apple staff who did not treat me with kindness and respect. The ward manager knows about this staff member.

Time to time and got to know about the situation of my child. Doctors and nurses all explained the situation and medication very time. That satisfied my courtesy.

I think it is already good when patient and doctor involve in conversation regarding patient. It’s very important for patient as well, its gives them satisfaction.

He was given very good call and I would definitely say all the staff members gave their best while booking after my son he was in very bad condition but due to the effort of doctor and every staff member he is already to go home.
