The good thing about my stay was that the nurses were helpful and they were there when I needed them. What they could improve is their pace on getting medicine especially when a patient is in pain.

Rude nurses, sat on computer laughing and joking the whole 6 hours while here. Lack of communication. Not friendly, also talking about me in the room not knowing I was there.

whilst being in the elderly receiving unit i was treated with the most respect and was shown compassion and understanding of my ongoing C.O.P.D.the nurses and doctors were kind and thoughtful.The meals were very good with plenty of selection i would have thought to suit everybody,but i end my notes on that it would have been nice to have been offered an evening drink .i.e. tea or coffee at about 8-30 thank you.
