Staff were very professional yet still retaining the personal touch. You were guided to the correct department and settled in, the human touch was very evident giving the patient confidence I found it satisfactory, very satisfactory! No further comment regarding improvement I found a little understanding of my problem than I received at my GP's

Helen the nurse stayed with me and constantly asked me if I was in any pain and if I was OK to wait.
She asked me all the history of my health and examined me with great care and attention.
