Everyone involved in my care were friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease during a stressful time.

I thought that registrar who done the ward round an Wednesday was about and did not speak to you as if you was a person. I found this intimidating and upsetting.

Care and attention very good all staff kind and polite, everything explained well, staff listened caringly to my input. The suite accommodated all my needs.
