The staff were very polite and caring. They gave us advice and information. The porter Joy took great care of us and as we found to like a wheelchair, a long wait but that it is all staff on unit were wonderful.

Very friendly nursing and medical staff.
Improved area.
Wrong sign board displayed - in admission room. Blue bay has Red bay sign in the waiting room which is very confusing.

Spent a whole day in the ambulatory care unit and feel it is not suitable for patients being treated with medical issues. Cramped and no windows. But staff in unit very caring and lunch boxes gratefully accepted.
