1.Friendly and compassionate staff. 2.Very well organised overall. 3. Have helped (on numerous times) when complaints have arisen. 4. Staff always explain fully when asked questions regarding side - effects etc. 5.Regularly see staff clearly wash hands and wear gloves. 6. Free TV and tea/biscuits. :-).

Very attentive - No problems. On my 2nd visit to Mandarin ward they have changed to way food is served. It has been changed to microwave - horrible. Always over cooked and very dry. Good food is spoiled - It was much better when it was served via the trolley system.
